How it works

    Choose the task type and pay the fixed price. Payment runs through Stripe, so we never see your card details.

  2. Send us the details

    Fill in a short form with what you need, any text or files, and your deadline. No logins needed.

  3. We do it and check it

    We complete the task, then review it before anything goes out.

  4. You get it back

    The finished result lands in your inbox within the turnaround time. One round of edits is included.

What you never have to send

Every task on the menu works from text and files you choose to share. If something you send includes anything on this list, blur or delete that part first. We'll ask you to resend and won't start until it's clean.

Questions

What counts as a digital task?

Small, self-contained jobs with text, documents, spreadsheets, slides, or research that we can finish from what you send us. If a task needs us to log into one of your accounts, we can't take it. We can often write the email or the step-by-step guide so you only have to do the last click yourself.

Do you need access to my accounts or devices?

No. We work only from the text and files you send through the form. We don't log into your accounts, access your devices, make calls, or send messages for you. If a task needs any of that, we'll tell you and either refund you or offer a version you can finish yourself, like a draft or a step-by-step guide.

Is this done by AI?

We use AI tools to work faster, and a person checks every result before it's sent. You get finished work, not a chat window.

How does payment work?

You pay by card at checkout through Stripe, in Canadian dollars (CAD). We never see or store your card details.

How fast is it?

Each task type shows its turnaround time. The clock starts when we receive your details, not when you pay.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

One round of edits is included. If we can't complete your task or it isn't a fit, you get a full refund. The details are in our refund policy.

What happens to my files?

We use them only to complete your task, and we delete them 30 days after delivery.

Refund policyFull refunds if we can't do the job or it isn't right.

Short version: if we can't do the job, or the result isn't what you asked for, you get your money back.

Before we start

If you change your mind before we've started your task, we'll refund you in full.

If we can't do it

If your task turns out to be something we can't take, like it needs a login or includes information we don't accept, we'll refund you in full.

If the result isn't right

Every order includes one round of edits. If the result still doesn't match what you asked for, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right, which usually means a full refund.

If we run late

If we're going to miss the turnaround time, we'll tell you as soon as we know. If the delay is a problem for you, you can cancel for a full refund.

If you cancel while we're working

If you cancel after we've started but before we deliver, we may keep a fair portion for the work already done. We'll tell you the amount before we process anything.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in Canadian dollars (CAD). We aim to process them within 2 business days of agreeing, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the money. If your card uses another currency, your bank's exchange rate applies.

How to ask

Email offloadrr@gmail.com with the email you used at checkout and what happened. We reply within 2 business days.

Disputes

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We'd rather fix it directly, and we resolve most issues quickly. If a dispute is filed, we'll give Stripe and your bank the records of your order and our messages.

Privacy policyWhat we collect, who sees it, and how long we keep it.

Short version: we collect only what we need to do your task and run the business, we don't sell your information, and we delete your task files 30 days after delivery.

What we collect

  • At checkout (through Stripe): your name, email, and payment confirmation. Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store them.
  • In the details form: what you tell us about the task, any text or files you submit, and your deadline.
  • In emails: whatever you write to us.
  • On this website: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, like IP address and browser type, for security and operations. We also use PostHog to count page views and button clicks. It runs without cookies, session recordings, or personal profiles, we ask it to discard IP addresses, and it stays off if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To do your task and deliver it, to email you about your order, to handle refunds and disputes, to keep accounting and tax records, and to keep the service secure.

Who else sees it

We use service providers to run Offloadr: Stripe for payments, a form tool for task details (currently Tally), an email service, Vercel for hosting, PostHog for anonymous website analytics, Google Fonts for typefaces (which means Google can see your IP address when the page loads), and AI providers that process the text and files of your task to help produce results. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We don't sell your personal information or use it for advertising. We may share information if the law requires it.

Where it's stored

Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where different privacy laws apply.

How long we keep it

  • Task text and files: deleted 30 days after we deliver your result.
  • Order records (your email, what you ordered, and payment references): kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes, which in Canada is typically up to six years.

Sensitive information

Please don't send us passwords, government ID, bank or card details, or tax, medical, or legal records. If something like that gets in by mistake, tell us and we'll delete it, and we may ask you to resend a cleaned-up version.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing offloadrr@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days. You can also ask us to delete your task files before the 30 days are up.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, like limiting who can access your files. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security. Offloadr isn't intended for children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this section.

Short version: you tell us what you need, we do it and check it, you pay a fixed price in CAD, and we both play fair.

The service

Offloadr completes small digital tasks for you, such as writing, document cleanup, research, spreadsheets, and slide decks, from the text and files you send. You pick a task type, pay the fixed price, and send the details through our form. We deliver the finished result by email. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

What we take on

We only take tasks we can finish from what you send us. We don't ask for passwords, logins, government ID, bank or card details, or tax, medical, or legal records, and you shouldn't send them. We don't log into your accounts or access your devices, and we can't make calls or send messages on your behalf.

What we won't do

We won't do tasks that are illegal or that mislead or harm others, such as fake reviews or impersonation. We also won't help you hand in our work as your own where a school or employer doesn't allow that. We can decline or refund any task.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you send us. You give us permission to use it only to complete your task and handle your order, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Once you've paid, you're free to use the finished result however you like.

AI and accuracy

We use AI tools to work faster, and a person reviews each result before it's sent. We aim for accurate, useful work, but we can't guarantee it's free of errors, so please check important details before relying on it. Our work is not legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. Research and comparisons reflect what we could find at the time, and prices and availability can change.

Turnaround times

The times we show are targets, counted from when we receive your details through the form, not from when you pay. If we're going to miss one, we'll tell you.

Payment and refunds

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are paid by card through Stripe. Refunds are covered in the refund policy above.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses, like lost income. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this section shows the latest version, and changes apply to orders placed after that date.
