How it works

Four steps. The only thing you ever enter is your payment at checkout.

    Choose the task type and pay the fixed price. Payment runs through Stripe, so we never see your card details.

  2. Send us the details

    Fill in a short form with what you need, any text or files, and your deadline. No logins needed.

  3. We do it and check it

    We complete the task, then review it before anything goes out.

  4. You get it back

    The finished result lands in your inbox within the turnaround time. One round of edits is included.

What you never have to send

Every task on the menu works from text and files you choose to share. If something you send includes anything on this list, blur or delete that part first. We'll ask you to resend and won't start until it's clean.

Questions

What counts as a digital task?

Small, self-contained jobs with text, documents, spreadsheets, slides, or research that we can finish from what you send us. If a task needs us to log into one of your accounts, we can't take it. We can often write the email or the step-by-step guide so you only have to do the last click yourself.

Is this done by AI?

We use AI tools to work faster, and a person checks every result before it's sent. You get finished work, not a chat window.

How does payment work?

You pay by card at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How fast is it?

Each task type shows its turnaround time. The clock starts when we receive your details, not when you pay.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

One round of edits is included. If we can't complete your task or it isn't a fit, you get a full refund.

What happens to my files?

We use them only to complete your task, and we delete them 30 days after delivery.
